Environmental Policy

Ismahla Engineering (Pty) Ltd commits to helping save the environment from pollution through strict compliance to ISO 9001:2015 and making continued improvements towards reaching international set targets. Therefore our policy is to:

  • Use MSDS to provide written information for the safe use and handling of a particular chemical. These may be written in different forms, but all are required to give you the following basic information: Identification (chemical and physical), Hazardous Ingredients, Physical and Chemical Characteristics, and Emergency Procedures.
  • Obey environmental legislation and bylaws set by local authorities.
  • Maintain the environmental management system standards and integrate them into the impact and the aspects of our operations.
  • Provide training to all company stakeholders.
  • Audit and review the environmental management systems.
  • Provide budgets to achieve the environmental goals and objectives of the company.
  • Set high but achievable targets for the continuous performance reviews.
